About Us

Established in 1987, Lim Consultants, Inc. is a structural engineering firm. LCI provides engineering services to architects, developers, and other select clients, in private and public sectors, domestic and foreign. Our services include:

  • Structural analysis and design
  • Preparation of structural contract drawings and specifications
  • Fast-track and/or phased design and construction
  • Construction phase review of submittals and shop drawings
  • Construction phase site observation

For nearly two decades, Ms. Ye has been involved in all phases of the development, design, and project management for various types of structures that include: educational facilities, research and development laboratories, judicial facilities; museums, hospitals, hotels, transportation facilities, residential buildings, pedestrian and highway bridges. She also has considerable amount of experience in renovation and rehabilitation work.

Ms. Ye's specialty is the design and detailing of complex structures to satisfy architectural design. Her related project experience includes:
